Mr. Pollack went far beyond what he had to, to find just the truck I wanted a long with Scott making sure everthing was perfect on the truck when I picked it up and was thorough about all the bells and whistles inside it. the severance department was also phenomenal in having everything I asked for the truck to be put on the truck and even making necisary needs for me able to be on the road the next day rodeoing. We had used the salesperson, Ron Owens, for the purchase of a Ford at another dealership a few years back. We specifically went to Jennings Anderson because we knew that Ron had moved over there. Ron made the purchase experience so nice. There was no pressure or hassle. When Ron took us over to the finance department to finalize the purchase, that was a great experience as well. We had pulled out of a possible purchase years before at dealership for a different car make because of the pressure and sales push of the finance guys. Overall, the whole experience was very nice and I would not hesitate to go back to Jennings Anderson or recommend them to family or friends.
