How to find your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
You can typically find your VIN on your vehicle’s official documentation, like your title, registration, lease or insurance papers. You can also find it by looking through your windshield for the number stamped into a metal plate on the driver’s side.
Quick Reference Tip:
Fill out the Roadside Assistance identification card in your glove box and put it in your wallet for quick reference. It contains all the information you’ll need in one place. If you have a cell phone, program the number for roadside assistance into your phone. You won’t have to dig for the information you need when you really need it.
