Customers get real, true blue experience
Boerne, TX-Jennings Anderson Ford is the first Ford dealership in the San Antonio area to provide customers with a true one-price buying experience where the price on the windshield tag is the rock bottom, pre-negotiated price.
"Customers should not feel like they need to bicker with a sales person to get the vehicle they need and want. We want our customers to have the best buying experience. We believe that's what keeps customers returning to our dealership," said Scott Wilson, dealer principal of Jennings Anderson Ford.
On-going customer research suggests that upwards of 70 percent of automotive customers prefer to buy through a one-price system, versus 30 percent of customers who would rather negotiate their purchases.
Jennings Anderson Ford has operated on the one-price selling model for years, but officially kicked-off an advertising campaign in February that highlights the differences one-price selling can have for the customer. Clever television, radio, and print ads highlight how a customer feels when they are having to negotiate price-and how True Blue Value takes the games and hassle out of the buying experience.
